Buyer Guide

A practical guide to buying with Okland Homes.

This page gives buyers a clear path before they speak with the team or subscribe to a project.

What buyers should check

1. Project location

Understand the estate location, access roads, landmarks, growth corridor and nearby residential demand drivers.

2. Title and documentation

Confirm the title position, survey/layout status, approvals status and what documents are issued after subscription.

3. Plot size and pricing

Confirm available plot sizes, cluster/category, current price, payment plan and validity period.

4. Infrastructure progress

Ask for current photos or inspect physically. Roads, drainage, entrance works and estate demarcation are key trust signals.

5. Offer exclusions

Free design, discounts or incentives may exclude structural, MEP, approvals, government fees and supervision unless expressly stated.

6. Approval before commitment

Final pricing, incentives and payment terms must be confirmed by Okland Homes before payment.
